Mike brings over 25 years of business and Human Resources experience in technology and life sciences, and has experience across the multiple disciplines of Human Resources including talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, compensation and benefits. Mike’s focus at ABio-X is leading all people programs and cultivating an outstanding culture focused on employees. Before joining ABio-X, Mike was the Head of Human Resources for Nexcelom Bioscience, where he built the Human Resource function and helped scale the business, resulting in a successful sale to PerkinElmer in June of 2021. Mike received his undergraduate degree in business from Providence College and his MBA from Bentley University.
